IP Transit

The IP Transit Service provides dedicated access to Telekom Romania IP network and other national or global IP networks through a BGP session between Telekom Romania’s router and ISP’s router.

The Service is avaible in two options:

IP Transit National: access to Romanian IP networks
IP Transit Global: access to global Internet network

The IP Transit Service and can be provided at a Telekom Romania PoP/eXchange node, into a Telehouse or at ISP’s main PoP/eXchange node.

IP Transit Backup:

The IP Transit Backup service provides dedicated access to Telekom Romania IP network and other national or global IP networks. The service is suitable for customers looking for cost-effective secure the IP Transit service against the failures of the main transport route.

The service can be provided at a Telekom Romania eXchange node, into a Telehouse or at ISP's main node. The IP Transit Backup service has a time-based usage fee.

100 Mbps
1 Gbps

IP Transit Burstable:

The IP Transit Burstable service provides dedicated access to Telekom Romania IP network and other national or global IP networks. The service is suitable for customers looking for a cost effective solution to Internet access.

The service can be provided at a Telekom Romania eXchange node, into a Telehouse or at ISP's main node.

The IP Transit Burstable service has a flat fee for the committed bandwidth, and a volume-based usage fee component. The 95% rule will apply.

1Gbps/ Min CIR 200 Mbps
10Gbps/ Min CIR 2 Gbps

Internet Broadband

The Internet Broadband service is designed for ISPs and other service operators, allowing them to provide a Premium Internet access service with symmetrical guaranteed bandwidth over copper lines.

The service offers Internet connectivity with bandwidth in range starting from 256 Kbits to 10 Mbps. Other bandwidths may be available on demand, after a technical feasibility study.

The Internet Broadband Service provides Premium Internet access service through a separate digital leased line connecting the end user's location to Telekom Romania's closest PoP.
