Mr. Popovici has a strong track-record both in operations and sales processes, achieved as associate partner with McKinsey & Company and as a senior manager at BRCI. In his last role, as Board Member with BRCI, he was responsible for leading the bank’s Operations, IT, and Transformation units. At McKinsey & Company, between 2003 and 2012, Mr. Popovici focused on large transformation programs in telecom and banking. His work lead to significant performance improvements in client organisations, including two major transformation programs of Telekom Romania Communications (former Romtelecom), where he covered transformations of network operations, operational, and commercial business processes of the company. He holds a   Ph.D. Degree from ETH Zurich and a computer science Diploma from T.U. Darmstadt, Germany.
